3. Dumpster Rental Services

Versatile Transfer Services LLC provides roll-off dumpster rental services, including delivery, pickup, and disposal of approved debris. Rental periods, dumpster sizes, and pricing are described on our website and confirmed at the time of your order. Standard rental periods and any extension fees will be communicated before or at the time of rental.

4. Payments

Pricing is flat-rate and quoted upfront. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or delivery. Any applicable fees, such as overweight fees, prohibited-material disposal fees, or out-of-area delivery surcharges, will be disclosed before they are applied.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may request a refund at any time for an order or dumpster rental service that is incomplete. An incomplete order is one that has never been delivered or dispatched by us. Once delivered, placed, or unblocked, by us or any other entity, it will be considered a complete job and no longer eligible for a refund. Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule a delivery.

6. Prohibited Materials

We cannot accept hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, refrigerants, or flammable liquids. If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before placing it in the dumpster. You are responsible for any costs resulting from placing prohibited materials in a container.

7. Delivery & Pickup

We strive to deliver and pick up dumpsters on schedule, including same-day and next-day delivery where available. Delivery and pickup times may be affected by availability, weather, and access conditions. You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate, safe space for placement and pickup of the container.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for loading only approved materials, not overfilling the container, keeping the area around the dumpster accessible, and ensuring the placement surface (such as a driveway) can support the loaded container's weight. Protective boards are used to help prevent surface damage, but you remain responsible for the condition of your property.

9. Disclaimer

a. The materials on the website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Versatile Transfer Services LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
